That is certainly scaring.
2 questions for you：
1st, do you trust this strategist John Noyce?
2nd, 1027 is not far from 1040. Is this just a temporary breakdown from 1040?

* I believe that the break down at 1040 was decisive.
* In GS, We Trust. (except for Aunt Abby Cohen).
In fact, I only trust my own observation, and market data. All other
opinions are just used as references.

There is another header and shoulder pattern on monthly chart, according to
it
DIJA will go to zero. That analysis comes from Robert Prechter, hightly
accurate
forecaster.
It not really the point that matters. On a four hour chart, it zooms
through and comes back and retests and zooms down again. Clearly broken
1040. On the daily chart, it zooms right through without hesitation. It is
broken for sure.
