i take a look at the job in my area, simply not much jobs this month, the
previous several month had some jobs. it is slowing down again.
reason 2: home price double dip
if you go to open house, you will find they treat you like god, which
indicate a double dip in housing.

这个ER BEAT与否太容易作弊了。有一大半是取决于estimate怎么定的。像AA，按一周
前的0.14 est，那就应该是miss。后来给改成了0.12，于是顺利beat。
再看JPM，一个月前est=0.82,一周之前调低到0.72,现在又调低到0.70，比上一季度的0
.74都低。这样一路调下来，想不beat很难。

回调是可能的...但不是简单的理解成你说的这两点...
尤其是JOBS本身就有滞后性,而且JOBLESS RATE统计的方法...
2倒是个变数, 没有TAX CREDIT,加上政府的LAYOFF(BUDGET CUT)等因素...
新一拨FORECLOSURE不远了...
