the economy if growth turns out to be weaker than expected. "We are ready

there is no single reason for today's big up. it is a mix of news and
earnings.
But i think a big part of it is the european bank stress test results, which
boost market confidence. it also sent the dollar further down.

It's the European bank stress test. They will release a ton of "all is
good" results just like what US did last year so MMs front-ran everyone
yesterday at the last minute only to dump it on the sucker bag holders
later on when they will sell on news.
