我也这样以为，但是online chat 的结果是：
“This means there must be no active ThankYou Preferred, ThankYou Premier or
Citi Prestige card under your name for the past 24 months.
I have checked with the manager as well.
If you do not feel confident, I will standby, you may reach us at 1-800-950-
5114. TDD/TTY: 1-800-325-2865 and confirm the same information over the
phone as well”
