刚刚看了半天，胡猜了一下
说现在银行只要储备2%储备金，现在新规则要提高到7%
但是原来估计可能要很高，比如10%， 所以反而银行relief了
而且政策明朗以后，利息的制定也可以明确了
郁闷啊，我是看跌的，FAz明天要大亏了

同意不哭孩的看法，不过明天是否美股真的高开不好说。美股走势和未来指数相反的事
情也多次发生。反正近几天应该会有像样的大跌。

Don't agree entirely.
1. FAS has increased quite significantly in the past 9 trading days.
2. This is actually a negative news to the banks even though one may see a
temporary increase of the bank stocks
3. It is better to sell bank stocks tomorrow if they increase
4. Too late to buy FAS. I guess there will be a sharp up early tomorrow
morning and then start to head down. I think FAZ is better.
