病人要退货，又不想去drop，还要帮她schedule pickup，操tnnd
I emailed you to arrange for Fedex pickup at our home, I have not heard back
and the package was not picked up. Please arrange for this to be picked up
and let me know when it will be done. I will be contacting eBay to file a
claim if this is not done immediately.

ebay已经confirm，如果是buyer要求退货的话，是要自己负责运费的。别给他
return ticket。让他自己退，或者file claim。不就一个neg吗。
