一个国家为什么需要外汇储备？出去归根结底本国的货币不是交易货币外，有两种原因：
（1）支付经常项目下的外贸交易。就象银行要始终保持一定的现金供人取钱一样。
（2）支付外债。
此外还有第三种不可说的原因就是平抑汇率波动。第三种原因是非正常的，因此不应该
和前两项相提并
论。
中国从以上任何一点讲，都不需要那么大的外汇储备。那么它的外汇储备为什么还是不
断加大呢？难道
人民币数量几何上升它没有注意到吗？
人民币06年开始升值，4年间外贸顺差继续加大，通货膨胀正是在这四年间突飞猛进。
道理上讲，难道不
应该是反过来吗？会不会还有别的、出去汇率的原因导致顺差加大呢？美国盯着汇率是
明智的吗？
这次先到这里，以后再讲讲顺差加大、储备加大的其他原因。

Why aren't Chinese importers buying stuff overseas?
Why are Chinese exporters keep selling goods?
Why are products made in China cheaper in the US than in China?
Why aren't Chinese producers selling stuff in the domestic market?

因为中国人工便宜，但是本身没钱。
美国人工贵，但是本身有钱。
