为什么我东西列的不ship internationally.外国买家还能买，而且不付我shipping，
这是怎么操作的？
我已经写信给买家让他补ｓｈｉｐｐｉｎｇ了。但是万一他无赖我咋办？

you can block buyers whose primary addresses are in countries you don't ship
to
go to account-->site preference--> buyer requirements
如果你没有block他们，只在listing 里说自己不ship internationally，他们照样还
是可以买
什么叫不付你shipping？你原来收多少shipping？buyer连那个都没付，还是不肯多付
shipping？
万一buyer 无赖，你真的一点办法都没有，move on。。。

I selected No International shipping in the listing option. and then in the
description specified again only ship to US States.
And it was listed as free shipping. So the buyer paid no shipping.

the options you choose in your listing only states your preference.
International buyers can still bid if they want to. And not all buyers read
the listing thoroughly or they just ignore what you say.
So the only way to preventing them from bidding is to block them.
