up 40% after hour. turn in a 5c profit vs. $5 loss last year. Regional banks
will see some boost tomorrow.
BAC's case is investor vs the bank, not those people foreclosed got
victimized. so government won't be so push as it has no political value. it
will settle for some amount of money, but far less than the $60B. those
number comes out after a long slide that last for months, does look like a
selling climax to me as well.
