I just called them, here is the answer:
"somebody exerciseed the option on Friday, and it was processed during the
weekend, it did not show in my account on Friday, but rather on monday"
Is this possible?
Anyway I could fight them?
I think they are cheating here.

of course, the owner of the put has the right to do an
early exercise if there is little time value left to him.
I think the explanation is quite normal. and you should learn a lesson.
the owner can exercise as long as he wants to, even OTM.
and the OCC really works that way.

虽然当时是OTM的，但是买PUT的人最初仅仅花了10个CONTRACT的小钱，说不定才几百元
；而他EXERCISE之后却是SHORT了1000股AMAZON，等于是165K USD。如果他周五EXERCIS
E的时候确信周一AMAZON会跌比较多，那么他就用小钱挣到大钱了。。。。。
也有可能这10个CONTRACT是分属不止一个人的。。。。
