美国没有“处境记录”。不用解释。美国不会问。就算问也没有必要回答。美国公民是
不能拒绝入境的。或可以说在另一本护照上也无所谓。

用中国护照回中国没有问题，但是离开的时候就不行了。中国护照没有有效签证，边检

出境用美国护照，没入境章无法出境。出境用天朝护照，没美国签证也无法出境。

如果你的驴卡没交,
你还可以用它和中国护照,从中国出境.
你的中国护照从法律上已经失效.只是天朝还不知道.
所以这么玩一两次估计问题不大,玩多了终究会把自己玩进去的.
如果你的驴卡已经交了,那就不要再想两边占便宜了.
别把人边检当傻子.人见过的黄皮美国人多了.
