March 2011. this contract should clearly announce the demand pick up in
drilling business.
Near term price target is $7; intermediate term is $10; Good buy under $5
which provides about 30% margin of safety. I am well aware the support level
around $5.10, so it is a judgement call to long under $5.

赞乐观哥们，drys在4-6这个通道里徘徊了已经2年了吧。这厮业绩一直不错，前景也一
直很高调，为啥现在就会突破6坐7望10了呢？
他家在希腊，要突破怎么着也得等当地基本面好些吧。

A good question. What I can say is: the next two years are different from
the past two.
Last two year, DRYS performance was lagged due to world over supply in its
dry bulk business. As I mentioned in my previous post, it is in a transition
to drilling business.
In the past two years, DRYS only had two semi-submersible drilling rigs. In
the next two years, it will have another 4 drilling ships.
As I said, the good selling point is its drilling business. As to Greece
sovereign debt situation, I believe EU won't let Greece go down. EU has
given Greece some hard time, but it is more power play to force Greece cut
its budgets. Similarly, EU is doing the same thing with Ireland but now EU
is asking for offset the "unfair" tax advantage Ireland has been enjoying
for years.
