Job Responsibilities
Develop technology plan which covers 2 to 5 years; especially
identify the key technology, related technology and/or platform roadmap to
support the business and product strategy. The technology plan is used to
assure Public Cloud related solution to keep the continuously
industry-leading competitiveness, and used to guide the R&D team research
and development strategy.
Architect the end to end infrastructure for Public Cloud,
including key services and features, and operation and maintenance tools and
so on.
Mentor engineering teams and Infrastructure team through formal and
informal discussions, design reviews, technical presentations, or as a
consultant on projects
Guide and participate external technology communication and
cooperation, including enterprise customers, IT vendors, ISP/ICP, university
, etc. Establish the channels with the best experts in IT industry. Identify
and catch the opportunity on the technology purchasing, collaboration and
innovation
Job Qualifications
10+ years’ development and operation experience in Cloud Computing
. Successful designing, deployment and operation experience in large scale
online Cloud services is much more appreciated.
Deeply understand the typical services and architectures of major
public cloud providers. Designed at least one production-level online
service architecture.
With wide view scope on IT industry, especially on cloud computing,
Public cloud, Private cloud, virtualization, networking, middleware,
database, web architecture etc.
