只要我不是一把all in，我甚至可以明确告诉庄家我的计划（比如每个月发工资买入

I believe your DCA approach is exactly what most 401K funds do.
put money in every month, very diversified(just like SPY is for SP500)
It's very easy to back test SPY with DCA for the past 10 years
to see how good it turned out, but if you pick
QQQQ, it may take another 10+ years to see Nasdaq in 5000 again

The technique of buying a fixed dollar amount of a particular investment on a regular schedule, regardless of the share price. More shares are purchased when prices are low, and fewer shares are bought when prices are high.
