for two, bby is in a dying business. I am pretty sure people is still going

BBY是个好公司，业务最近受竞争和经济影响比较大，但不会完蛋。现在只是momentumm
，等稳定了就抄家伙上吧。
为啥办公用品三巨头一个没完蛋，虽然业务很简单，竞争很激烈？因为有学校和公司一

非常不看好BBY，首先是BBY的网络销售做的很差，比amzon，newegg等差几条街，即便
是实体店，walmart，target也是相当大的威胁，BBY的前途在哪？

I read a business case in MBA textbook about BB against Walmart in early
2000s. BB succeeded by consulting with makenzie. BB did have some advantages
in competing with Warlmart or Target with higher specialties, but these
days, people would like to pay as less as possible rather than any other
benefit. You can compare LCD tvs in BB, then buy the one a lot cheaper
online.

办公用品有很多固定大客户，配送方面也比Amazon之类的网站有优势。
但是电器就不一样了，网络购物把高端拿去了，Walmart/Target对低端客户更有吸引力
，当然Fry's/costco/sears之类的也很不错。我这么多年只在BBY买过两样东西，在CC
买的东西还多一点。
而且BBY真不能算家大业大。
