For a 6 year exp with sr staff title in BRCM, staff title in QCOM, rank 8 in
INTC.
BRCM: 110k-120k base + 600 RSU (vest in 4 years) + 2000$ bonus+0 days
vacation
QCOM: 115k-125k base + 15% bonus + 300 RSU (vest in 3 years)+ 16 days
vacation
INTC: 110k + 30% bonus + 300 RSU (vest in 4 years)+16 days vacation
That's why ppl are leaving BRCM these days.

Only want to point out one thing,
BRCM 0 day vacation is a new policy.
PPL can take vacation on need base. Instead having fixed time of vacation
days per year, you can take as many as possible if your manager/VP approved.

越剥削，利润越高。。。
BRCM==印钞机。。。
前2年很不错，一般engineer都有15-20W...

for the er betting I post before market close,
so far yhoo was wrong at first but still turned into profit.
