I-140递交同时PP的话，望TSC邮寄，到底寄到哪个地址？
I-907上显示两个地址：
1，Form I-140 Premium Processing Mailing Address:
Premium Processing
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 279030
Dallas, TX 75227-903
2，Form I-140 Premium Processing Courier Address:
Premium Processing
USCIS Texas Service Center
4141 North St. Augustine Road
Dallas, TX 75227
如果用Fedex快递的话，就邮到第2个地址，如果使用USPS的快递服务，是不是也邮到第
2个地址？如果是使用USPS的priority邮寄的话，是不是就是邮到第一个地址？

It's getting difficulty.
Short EXM simply DBI was so terrible. I don't recommand other people short
the stock in this enviroment. The market is too strong, too much cash.
