对绿卡这些还不太懂，以下是雇主发给我的，大家帮我看看这个绿卡政策怎么样？
We would do the H1-B application at the first opportunity, which would be
submitting the application in April 2015. We would not start the Green Card
process immediately as you will have 6-years of eligibility in H1-B status.
The LATEST we’d start is 2018 so that we have a 2-year window to get far
enough into the GC process so that we can renew the H1-B while we work
through things.
