不知道怎么就找到我, 就在一个星期以后technical first round, 版上有有经验的或
在FB的大牛吗? 求指点!!

昨天去店裡買了125的東西花掉了120的kohls cash，今天本來想去用沒receipt那招退
store credit，誰知125頃刻縮水成69.99。。。。。只好又回頭帶receipt去退，本來
擔心120 kohls cash 打水漂的，csr說試試看，結果竟然成功退回120的store credit
，然後用credit card付的退回credit card。
我不確定是店裡系統沒改，還是我運氣好，但仔細看了下最開始的receipt，上面大字
寫著“FOR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH KOHL'S CASH COUPONS, THE
VALUE OF THE KOHL'S CASH WILL BE RETURNED AS A KOHL'S MERCHANDISE CREDIT”不
知道是不是寫了這種的店，kohls cash還是可以退的，just fyi~

網上的我就不清楚了，當初也是怕網上買120萬一不給退就麻煩了，所以直接去店裡買的

你买东西的这家店有特殊政策？
官方解释如下：
When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohl’s Cash, you
will get a refund in the form of your original payment, and it will decrease
the value of your Kohl's Cash.
Already spent your Kohl’s Cash?
If you have already used your Kohl’s Cash coupon, you will get a refund in
the form of your original payment, and the amount of the Kohl’s Cash will
be deducted from your return amount.
