油工做回石油还比较靠谱，说Tech的俺就不能认同了，这个PBR横盘量缩，TA形态不错
，可以等待突破后入场

CEO is good, but PBR is not up big yet... so I like to ambush...
PBR is planning to overpass XOM to be the no.1 in terms of market Capital in
2015....
I buy here for future....
The only risk for PRB is the nationalization... The nationalization will impace investors' return.
