所有公证都是上海办的4页的。估计是签证官没加过这样的，只认可美国式的朋友帮翻
译然后公证的。
RFE里说
You submitted a birth certificate with a translation. However. the
translation was not accompanied by a signed, certified attestation by the
translator attesting to their qualifications to perform the translation.
律师说找一个精通中英文的朋友在每一页有英文的底部写上：
I, [name of translator], certify that I am fluent in English and Chinese
languages, and that the above document is an accurate translation of the
document
attached entitled: [name of document].

俺也觉得有人提醒一下penny的风险终究是见好事。
主席的pick加上合理的风险控制岂不是更好。

好吧，你这也会被RFE？ 我昨天也RFE了，但不知道什么内容。我用的全部是自己翻译
找朋友签字的，有你说的certification这一项。正想着是不是他们要标准4页纸的公正呢

有人提醒风险控制是好事，但是有人总是象苍蝇一样定着大家说：跟主席pick你就赔光
之类的，不好吧。
还有，主席的pick,有立即爆发的，大家赚钱走人，没有立即爆发的，hold的风险并不
比所谓的主流高。（我指小盘股）。在大盘向下时，我观察的picks 似乎比大盘要好很
多。

我也觉得四楼的被RFE，然后改成我这样国内的是正解。
但是我的也被RFE了，还要求做到像四楼那样。不知道他们想干什么。
二楼的结婚公证怎么是六页？包括封面封底吗？如果不是的话我奇怪其他两页写的是什
么。
