一封推荐信，里面几次出现young。
我的原稿里没有，推荐人改的时候加的。
请问这个young是有多大问题？
另外请问如果推荐说的是我phd期间的工作，是不是不要强调或者用类似于“in his
phd study" 之类的词？

菜牛，rent上涨那些reit会受益？种类太多搞不清楚

推荐人要是容易说话的话 还是让他去掉young吧。young可以理解成年轻有为， 也可以
理解成 初出茅庐。 这个给io太多想象空间了。
最好也别强调类似于“in his phd study" 之类的词

供不起房子的只好close了自己的去租房住了，另外还有很多等房价再往下走的，迟迟

One of my coworker's apartment rent (in San Mateo) will go up 10% after
lease expires in a couple months. At some point house price will start to go
up again as rent and mortgage converge.
