Since the week of May 8th, DJINWA's global economic index ATED has been
staying flat. It even dropped 43 points to 1735 at the end of last week. But
there is little evidence to show that this trend will continue. The new
data come in suggesting the global economy may have grown again. DJINWA
believes that recent market turmoil may have been overdone. The bottom is
near if not already happened.
