Just talked to a friend in Hong Kong.
Currently, some people divide a 700 square feet unit into 5 small units.
Each unit is with its own kitchen/bath shower/Living area.
For that small unit, rent goes like Hong Kong $4,500 a month.
Lots of college graduate makes less then 8000/month.

make 8000 港纸一个月的都是类似于make 2000RMB 的北漂一族
他们不会住在中环或者浅水湾或者山后面
他们住到鸡场附近啥的
所以隐含的“工资多一半拿去住15平米小房子”不成立

前些年也是这样吧。去香港之前觉得国内很挤，去了香港才知道国内真是量化宽松得天
堂一下。估计是这几年钱不好挣了才抱怨的吧。

中国去香港投资移民的太多
把香港房价炒起来了。
现在好象香港已经不让房地产投资算投资移民的投资选择了
只让投资指定的一些股票，连etf逗不能投。

是啊！香港同大陆不一样，很多家庭有好几个孩子。加上，房子本来就很小。
现在，新的毕业生工作不好找，工资不高，但是，物价很高。
I went there 2 months ago, it was much expensive then 2 years ago.
