lol

I read some and felt it's basically using conspiracy theory to interpret a lot of events. The basic theme of the book is there is a deep rooted greedy blood sucker that is going all over the world trying to exploit people, destroy weak nations, etc. Well, this is nothing new, ain't it? The author has a totally brain-washed class struggle kind of perspective. If you look at things from this crooked world view, of course you get something like this - a book called "currency warfare".
I think one with fair mind can discount most the points made in the book. Capitalistic society functions by maximizing profits and that's the motivation behind all the innovation, technological and financial. Individuals and nations have self-interests, and rightly so they try to maximize the gain whenever possible. Now it would appear the Wall St. is exploiting the world, but that's the set up, and there is no better alternative.
Economics and finances as scientific disciplines are amoral, but the participants in the games have morals. In the Western world, you got big philanthropists like Carnegie Mellon, J.P. Morgan in the old times, and you got Soros, Buffet and Gates nowadays.
The facts in the book are nonetheless interesting to know. But I have issue with the way the author is interpreting them. He is entitled to do so, and he's got fans.
