not bad for the Democrats either. They just do not want to Republican to
declare
victory only. They will add a few things that Rebublicans not strongly
against and let the House to vote again. Then everyone can declare victory.

No. Two bills on the House and the Senate are not much different la. They
just don't want others to declare the victory only.

下次投票时，民主党的情形比现在还有糟糕， 等于Obama 的竞选提前自杀，
