如果是ponzi scheme， 那么情况不是很糟糕， 总有高利息拿，利息越高， 进来的新
人就越多，进来的新人越多， 这个系统(尽管是ponzi scheme)就越稳定。 美国的社保
体制就是这么一个模式， 和madoff的没有本质区别。
最糟糕的是公司法人人间蒸发， 中国人是没有诚信可言， 更无信托责任

美国的社保完全不是一回事。主要是寿命增长产生了问题。这个东西其实很好解决，慢
慢DELAY社保的享受年龄，并且适当加点税。交税的年轻人希望前者，享受的老年人希
望后者，最后会有一个平衡。这不是什么PONZI SCHEME。总有人说什么要破产啥的。其
实没有那么严重，也就是入不敷出。但是收来的税还是可以保证70%的福利。最不济，
最后就70%的社保，就是穷人过不下去。
其实现在已近入不敷出，但是因为以前有很多盈余，所以还可以支持20几年。

呵呵，分红15%不一定就是利润是15%啊，也可能是股价被低估呢？这些公司
都是REIT，是要强制分红90%以上的利润的。他们融资是靠增发股票，所以
他们股票价值会一直被稀释（分红百分比也就将相应下降），所以我估计是股
价预先反映了稀释后的价位。

leverage啊。现在Fed利率这么低，中央利率0.25%，Libor0.75%，这些公司从那边借钱
出来，转手借给mortgage的人。赚差率。当然不能无限制借，所以有本金（就是自有资
产）做抵押。
