and they let me know that your priority date is not current for your
classification and the priority date of 3/23/15 given to your husband.
According to the Department of State September 2016 Visa bulletin, visas in
this category are available for those having approved petitions with a
priority date of 1/1/10 or earlier. Fluctuations in the number of
applicants can cause the cut-off date to retrogress, which is what happened
in your case.
