一个旧东西，病人死活说item not as described.懒得跟她纠缠了，同意return,但
shipping fee不给退。然后她还open case 非要我退shipping fee. 有什么办法能赢这
个case吗？不是在乎这10块钱，只是病人太讨论，浪费好多时间去回答她的问题，结果
受到还这么叽歪。

刚开始搞股票，用的是tradeking。然后今天早上出了全部的BAC，系统显示exectued。
但是在Gain/Loss unrealized的页面上，我看见它还在显示BAC，还有损失多少钱。我
问了客服，他这样回答：
Adam: The gain/Loss unrealized page is not updated since you no longer hold
the position. This will be corrected overnight and you will be able to see
the correct G/L under G/L realized.
是不是每个online broker都是这样做的？
