) stock has crumbled, long-time bear Wedbush has boosted its price target
three times. The latest was today, going to $155 from $110 while swinging
its rating to outperform from underperform. "Upon reflection, it appears to
us that the driver for the separation of Netflix into two businesses...was
to position the streaming business for sale to Amazon.com (AMZN). In our
view, Amazon has always wanted to be in the streaming business, and has been
constrained from buying Netflix due to tax considerations. The split up of
Netflix's business addresses the state sales tax issues raised for Amazon."
NFLX, which has fallen for 7 straight sessions and is down 45% this month,
rises 2.7% premarket amid the broader market's swoon, to $131.96. (kevin.

原因有2：
1.已经深水区了，想再潜水还真不容易。
2.大伙都在使劲dump其他的股票，没有精力Short这个。

Amzn想入行streaming business 并不需要通过高价买NFLX.
