虽然是2016发出来的,但对我来说还很新呀。里面提到在美国获得STEM专业的PhD和工
资超过100K美金都可以算作额外的要求选项。
Extended evidences for EB1-OR can include the following:
1. PhD in STEM from US accredited Universities
(for totality: submit attested copy of degree certificates, unopened
transcripts from universities) = currently USCIS follows this criteria for
EB2-NIW category.
USCIS can also publish the list of US accredited universities to make this
criteria more transparent.
2. Salary/remuneration criteria (for totality: submit attested copies of W-
2s and the applicant should be >75%th percentile of the field as per bls.gov
wages). = Currently USCIS follows this criteria for EB1-EA (I think
Nebraska Service Center considers >90th percentile though.)
Or in simple words, you can say that the applicants making >$100K/year via
EB1-OR sponsoring employer are considered satisfying this criteria.
