如果我一个人的W2工资够，但每年报税都是跟配偶联合报税，这种情况是不是我陪偶必
须当联合担保人，还是说我一个人担保就够了？
我是想如果一个人就行最好，能少填一个表和不少其他资料。

一个人担保就够了。如果不算配偶的收入配偶不需要填I-864A。
但是有些使馆还是会要求配偶填I-864A。

不清楚你说的是哪项问题。part 6#2问的是你的个人当前收入；这就是你现在的工资，
不一定跟去年的收入有关。part 6#19a-c问的是你前3年税表上的total income那行的
数字；你必须填那些年的税表上的那个数字，无论你是联合报还是分开报。

不一定跟去年的收入有关。part 6#19a-c问的是你前3年税表上的total income那行的

I was in the same situation, I was the sole sponsor but submitted the
jointed return tax forms. I remember in the form there's an appendix page
where you can attach additional information. I wrote a note there
explaining why the household income in the tax return is different from my
annual income. So far I have not received any question on that.

我比你懒，没解释。只填了个人收入情况，然后寄去了joint tax return docs。行不
行，不知道哈。
