My baby refuse to eat bottles around one and half month suddenly (she used
to have at least one bottle per day and never had a problem before that day).
I didn't force her to eat bottles, I don't want her to relate bottles with
unhappy experience. What I did is to trick her into drinking bottles, e.g.,
Let her suck my breast first and when she sucking reflex gets started,
quickly switch to the bottle nipple. She will drink the whole bottle that
way.
Or, let my mother in law hold the baby tightly close to her chest, sooth her
by talking to her, singing songs to her, then use pacifier or even one's
clean finger to trick her sucking reflex and quickly switch to the bottle
nipple.
Now she drinks bottle happily without a problem.
