吃完晚饭,假宫缩频繁,就是肚子一会儿发硬,好像宝宝在里面使劲顶我.不知道准妈妈们
都有这样吗? 要不要看OB?

一小时超过四次通知医生
不过你要先搞清楚是不是宫缩才好，宫缩跟孩子动得感觉很不同

I couldn't tell the difference clearly...Sometimes I don't know if it is
Braxton Hicks or the baby stretching. There was only once or twice I can
tell for sure that it is Braxton Hicks contraction; other time I just don't
know. The nurse told me if I feel my whole belly gets hard, it is Braxton
Hicks, otherwise it is the baby movement.

我第一次怀孕,分不清宫缩和胎动,汗......肚子发硬的时候,感觉左边肚子比右边肚子硬
