太牛了，难怪最近满大街都说它是另外一个google, 估计股票咋样也得200左右吧。
2004年，google上市时是80多，融资2b，但google股票曾经到了快600。这facebook打
明交响要融资5b，并企图达到10b而此而让市值达到75-100b，看来并不是梦。

多少股不知道了，但上市的部分应当不会太多，因为100亿市值的话，它说只要10b的融
资额度。这么大体判断的话，有没有多少当天上市的筹码。
哈哈，我没有忽悠大家，你说说看，这华尔街历史上有那个ipo有这么牛？

google的利润率是26%，人说它的是27%，符合这类公司的industral profit margin啊
。另外，它是美国公司，有irs，sec，以及gaap，fasb,外加一堆law firm管着它，看
着它，又不象中概，在什么阿曼群岛，维尔京群岛，香港半岛啥的捏一堆公司来回忽悠
天下。对美国公司，我还是比较相信的。再说了，就是假了，我们也饭不着和它较劲，
毕竟天塌下来有大mm顶着嘛。

当然有更牛的, 无论当天融资额度还是总market capital, 非死不可的5B, 100B都不算最牛

这里说的facebook这只ipo是华尔街历史上融资额最大的ipo，如果要在全世界的

不知道，我看新闻说是某大学教授研究的，真假不知道，看了就记下了，也从来没有实
际过。不敢信。
当然了，后来稍微想了想，如果第一买了，当天卖力，一般估计也真是赚了，要不第一
卖啥呀卖？

的，收入3.7B/盈利1B，那么就有一个问题是，我们是不是可以认为它会稳步到达收入
37B，盈利10B的阶段？另外，GOOG当年上市是啥经济环境和股市环境，FB上市是啥环境？
无意说FB好坏，也没有啥首日就冲进去买入的打算。只是想说，市场永远不缺机会，参
与明星股的交易未必是好交易。冷静耐心的观察比较好。

有啥问题，27%的利润率为啥不可能？说说你的道理为啥？你可以用gaap accounting
standards或者industry practices rulings 来说明, 你还可以用fasb，sec requirment，etc，来讨论。
其实，利润率的问题，在一些行业很低，比方传统产业，但新兴行业比较高，比方说
google一类的IT产业通常比传统产业高很多。
