Amazon customer request to exchange a Nexus 7. He file a return request for
damage due to inappropriate damage.
Buyer comments: I received my nexus in a damaged condition . The screen on
the bottom corner broke. AND I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. And I
want to get a new exchange..Thank you.
Buyer received the item on July 27 and just email me today stating screen
damaged.
What should I do? Any input are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ask him to claim warranty. If he refuses to do that, let him return it.
No exchange. Check your record serial. If it matches your record, you
probably have to take the loss. You may try to charge restocking fee but may
get a neg. Call manufacture for warranty.
