Probably not, that's why the lawsuite.
Actually the bad publicity will cost more to the casino - Golden Nugget is a
terrible one, it doesn't care anyway.
Exactly the same thing happened to "Taj Mahal" a few months earlier, and it
just honored the winnings.

But they can ask you to leave anyway - it's their property, they can refuse
to serve anyone.
