只有这么一句：

（1）66+66.4+50+673.5=855.9。比882.8少30个million。如果Revenue可以cover cost
，又没有偿还long term debt，难道是全花在R&D上了？
（2）关于Tudou的投资。66.4/9%=738 million。Yahoo Finance现实Tudou market cap
是234 million。 Google Finance显示 431 million。还有哪里可以显示出接近738的
market cap？投资损失什么时候完全write down呢?

(1）可能是AR， AP的变化。你可以看看balance sheet这两项有什么变化
(2) 一般来讲acquire大量的股票价格都比open market的价格高。高得部分是good
will. 没有足够的证据做impairment test之前，不会write down.

capital one credit card 在淘宝用只有第一个手续费3%， 没有第2个3%。

ADR一般季报不要求出CF statement。正式的20F出来以后应该就有了。

（2）不知道它按什么方式合并报的。粗略看不像是把Tudou合并报了。如果是这样的话
应该没有Goodwill吧。应该只是报66.4的投资吧。

之前在国内买东西货到付款的，京东是不行，付账不成功。
