The earning looked reasonable for me
Operation earning was up compare with last quarter.
Their payout ratio is around 50% of operation earning.
So dividend of 0.60 is secure for foreseable future.
Risk:
Commercial real estate really goes bad
They issue more shares to raise capital(dilute the current shares holders,
they did it before).

I sold around 5.70 before the earning and bought it back last Thursday
Did you get anything last Thursday? You said you were going to buy some.

yes yes, i'll buy some.
i went to hiking this weekend, too tired so didn't do any homework on NCT
yet.
