The earning looked reasonable for me
Operation earning was up compare with last quarter.
Their payout ratio is around 50% of operation earning.
So dividend of 0.60 is secure for foreseable future.
Risk:
Commercial real estate really goes bad
They issue more shares to raise capital(dilute the current shares holders,
they did it before).
