I think it depends on whether BTU/ANR can pass resistance.
They are testing 50MA now. If they fail, ACI new low might come.
If they succeed, maybe ACI will dip but no new low.

ACI will sell 600M worth of mines, I consider that as a good news.
I will consider buying at low 9.
