出来碰上领居告知屋主上吊而死。吓得我只彪了8万5
昨天，结果出来, 可想而知，没彪到!

again, they might have problems with the capital for their mortgage
insurance unit. Same should apply to MTG.
Plus, several new companies enter the mortgage insurance business, they have
fresh start so no legacy old book from 2005-2008.
The best play is GNW, but need to wait after their earning this afternoon.

The house is worth 110K-120K at current market!

way more expensive in Atlanta then Minnesota.

1,100-1,200/month. It's in a very nice area, you can rent it very easily
plus very good renters.
Property tax 150/month, Water+ Garbage+ Insuarnce+ lawn care+ Snow removal, $100/month, total cost $250/month.
