FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - China denied on Tuesday having intentions of
providing another massive stimulus package to support economic growth. This
announcement boosted the dollar particularly against commodity currencies.
Hopes that the Chinese government plans to implement more stimulatory
measures to boost the economy kept a risk-on mood earlier on Tuesday,
despite the continuing Eurozone crisis worries. The disaffirmation caused
the markets to shift once again to risk-off sentiment.
