in textbook style down trend.
No long unless the down trend is broken.
the 2 downward arrow locations are the 2 perfect chances to short.

short when WM %R reaches extreme (just like 2 arrows' locations)
and both of WM %R & rsi turn down.
now it is not the best and safest point.

Down trend is intact.
Do not long unless the down trend is broken.

follow trend
do not bet on the reversal that does not happen yet.
