Hedge funds are backing themselves up before losing more money. No news,
VVUS not halted either. Maybe after mkt - watch how Cramer is going to
explain in "Mad Money". I hate his show though - noisy.

agree. FDA does not make a decision until the last minute.
I think VVUS will not be approved today.

FDA should give the decision today. It depends on the company when to make
official announcement.
One online source said that this morning USA Today published a premature
story saying that it was approved today. But the post was removed. Not sure
if it was just trying to spreading rumors.

I read that also. Can't believe the bear raid got VVUS today's low at 20.91,
which was very similar to ARNA when the bear raid crashed it to 7.8 on
approval day.
