Fed Beige Book: All District housing markets were largely positive, rental
markets continue to strengthen. Retails sales increased slightly in all
Districts, except Boston and Cleveland (steady) and New York (softened).
Travel and tourism reported as strong, with robust occupancy rates and
revenue/room. Manufacturing is expanding, but at a more modest pace.
