Printer 本身。。consider the price trend and shipping cost. 不囤货赚钱的
best chance is from local clearance...if you catch one.. it's pure lucky.
For examples, you can spot one Samsung 3185FW from OfficeMax store for less
than
120 bucks if u can locate one.
不囤货， 全要label ready的， 基本都是医生草地， 护士草地的份儿。。
算上报税(including 6-10% sales tax)，audit , return 的风险，
按当前卖价和收货价来做的。基本就是雷锋。。 少许单子也就赚赚 shipping
discount( expedited shipping fee） 而已
如果不是家里没地放， 或者个头很大的东西， 屯屯货比不多increase too much
真正的成本。。。 ( 丢东西 ， especially printer stuff is small chance,
plus that where the property insurance should be in place, most people
purchased house will already have those)
真正的成本/时间/处理paymentlabel 扫货， 打包， 搬货还有去drop.
如果家里地方很小。。 sorry, you should not even in the Printer ebiz. Not
suitable for u. just do more small items good like cosmetic/laptop or item
for FBA might be good.
如果还可以provide certain storage fee say after designated time, it should
be a perfect solution. normally if over several months. (4-6)
可以囤货的护士， 只要地方足够。 可以放心的进货/出货， 资金周转方便， 都是
好多件一起出， 每次出货一次可以 drop 好几个包裹 （ 而不是每次盯住板上1-2个单
子， 每次出一件，） 赚钱的机会多很多。。 做的billpay transaction also can
reduced.
All in all. 其中的道理自己要慢慢去领会。
(要搬家的， 要label ready should be fair enough, as long as outline the time
limit and resolution should be pretty good)
建议以后模版上要求都加上：

and [storage fee] default $2-3/m
There is rarely anything that can have enough margin for both
doctor and nurse and still available to buy in bulk.
so 囤货 is beneficial for both side in my opinion:
护士：
1) get fast cash flow...and able to in more deals
2) sell multiple printer together to doctor, save time
to sell one by one
3) can drop more printer together ( since u can sell more to doctors
u drop rate also increased)
4) build up solid relation ship to doctors / a new deal can easily help
you make up the difference of storage fee.
5) those who pushing for label ready will never able to make any big
bucks, just set up terms properly, doctors will mostly pay for proper
storage provided both side would be happy. it would be much better
to say label ready in 1 monthe or so and add a storage term.
6) no need to worry about price drop
医生：
1) no need to 到处求货， 有 稳定的来源。。 can divide storage in nurse
location to save shipping fee.
2) if projected well, can make good profit when price is rising for certain
models. ( could suffer as well so vision/funding is important,)
3) can have a 稳定的护士群。。。 and willing to working with 熟悉的老护士。
