C has large amount of cash on hands because it's the only bank didn't return
money to Fed. Fed converts $25B to C stocks and sold most of them at around
$40/share.
C's mortgage problem was discovered much earlier than other banks. By the

C this wave coming down mainly because of Euro debts issues. They do have
expose in Euro, but from the earning report. Seems like it's not a lot, $9B

从经济危机后C的确变得老实了。但股价还是下跌趋势明显，不知道是不是筑底，要是
筑底的话，这个底够大的。而且上次并股后，价格超过$5，很多funds就可以介入了。

From the recent higher low. It seems like double bottom.
June 4th lowest is 24.6.x, Several days back it is $24.9x.
So, I guess it finds bottom here. I am not sure if it will
have triple bottom(sometimes it does). If it does,
it's the last chance to get on the train at around $25.
