目前在好区，价格少谓便宜的房子，一般一上市都是Multiple Offers。
大家真的没有机会了吗，也不完全是。
你还是要紧盯这些你中意的房子，一旦Buyer fails to close and it's back into
the market，马上在第一时间用你的心理价格 offer。现在，银行还是比较紧!
So time is essential for the success. Bank is more willing to take a lower
offer if the first one does not go through.
Of course, it takes time and you need to do your homework, you are expected
to pay higher price compare with last couple of years but a little bit below
the current market price.
I got one yesterday and was about 20K below the market.
