My 3-month old daughter has some constipation. She has not have a bowl
movement for 3 days. Mom is breastfeeding.
Any suggestions about what we should do?

Don't rush to conclusion - constipation - too soon. If baby is exclusively
on mom's milk, it is very unlikely she got constipation. It is likely that
she just digests better now.
If your baby doesn't vomit, doesn't look like in pain, is happy and content,
eats like normal, then you don't need to worry too much. Just wait for a
few more days and she will poop.
My baby didn't poop for 4 days at 4months and I called ped nurse. This is
what she told me. And my baby pooped on the 4th day.

嗯，我们儿医说一天七次到七天一次都正常。如果拉出来的是那种硬球才是便秘。不放
心的话，据说肛门抹凡士林或者温水冲屁股，或者小块肥皂条塞进去都有帮助。要不你
摸摸宝宝肚子，如果不是硬硬的，应该就没事吧，等她这次拉出来再看是不是便秘。
