Facebook bought Instagram earlier this year for $1 billion, Google, however,
did not disclose how much it paid for Nik Software.
I guess Google pay $20m
Facebook overpay too much on this app

too early to tell if instagram is overvalued, but snapseed is
not the same as instagram, since it's just a simple photo editor.
There are no hosting, sharing, tagging, commenting of photos.
Also I doubt if it has 100M users like instagram does.
